Pre & Postpartum Strength Training

We’re so excited to share that Lauren & Laura’s Moms Strength Program is back for another round! This 8-week program (4-weeks is also an option!) is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and confident, whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with your little one.
