Classes
There's no magic trick to help you achieve your goals, but we believe with true grit, the guidance of our trainers and the support of our community, we will get there together.
Strength & Conditioning
This class will be a full-body workout focused on building strength, utilizing a variety of equipment, combining functional and traditional movements with conditioning woven in. This class is scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.
Strength
The class will include mobility, strength training, and functional movement patterns to increase overall range of motion while learning proper technique. We will help you correct current movement patterns and help you reach your potential in functional movement. *Class capacity is reduced for this format.
Mitts & Conditioning
You must bring your own gloves. Half of the class will be spent on mitt work and half of the class will be a circuit workout. This is a full-body experience and all levels are welcome.
Strength & Mobility
This class will be 30 minutes of full-body strength and 20 minutes of mobility work. Work on moving better through everyday movements, leave the class feeling revived and lengthened.
backyard shed
These classes are designed to PRIME your body, PERFORM a strength circuit and PUSH you to your limits on the treadmill. The goal in this room is to unleash your inner athlete. Expect a full body workout with variations of SPEED, ENDURANCE and RUN where speed meets endurance.
We will also offer RUNNER’S STRENGTH, which eliminates the treads and the focus shifts to foundational strength exercises to make you a stronger runner. Regardless of what class you choose, when you step in this room expect grit and hard work.
HYROX
Expect to have 2-3 rounds up to 20 minutes each, with 5 minutes of rest in between. This high-intensity workout blends functional movements and conditioning, pushing you through a series of equipment-based exercises with a team and individually. Think rower, sled, ski erg, medballs...and more!
RUN X HYROX
This high-intensity workout blends functional movements and running. Running is 50% of a HYROX race, so this class will work on building up your endurance for the 1km runs, while strengthening the mind and body to push on the floor in exercises like farmers marches, wall balls, lunges and much more.
