HYROX Readiness Test at Backyard

This is your checkpoint. Our HYROX Readiness Test is a performance-driven session designed to assess your engine, strength, pacing strategy, and mental grit under race-style pressure. You’ll move through key HYROX-inspired efforts with intention and coaching support, gaining clear data on where you thrive and where to sharpen.

Whether you’re signed up to race or just HYROX-curious, this test gives you measurable benchmarks, smart feedback from our educated coaches, and a game plan to train with purpose. Show up, dig in, and see where you stand.

🏁 The TEST

  • 8:00 Max Meter Row

  • 2:00 Rest

  • 4:00 Max Rep Burpee Broad Jump

  • 4:00 Max Rep Reverse Lunge

  • 2:00 Rest

  • 8:00 Max Meter Ski

  • 2:00 Rest

  • 4:00 Max Rep Wall Balls

Athletes will enter total meters or reps for each movement in the Output Capture App (upon singup, you’ll be invited to the app!)

In addition, athletes will be asked to add their best recent 5km run time.

Once each score is added to the app, their HYROX Score will be generated. . This will be saved on their athlete profile and can be retested any time.
