Sarah Burke is running the Berlin Marathon on September 21st for the Crohns and Colitis Foundation Team Challenge.

Join Sarah and get ready to break a sweat for a good cause at our in-person event located at Backyard Boston. This fitness class is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro. Come together with the community to support the Crohn and Colitis Foundation while working on your fitness goals. Don't miss out on this opportunity to have fun, get fit, and give back!

We are thrilled to announce that we will be celebrating PRIDE Month this June! As part of our commitment to inclusivity and support for the LGBTQ+ community, we have planned a week with themed classes that will benefit BAGLY.

BAGLY is the Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Youth. BAGLY is a youth-led, adult-supported organization that has been creating safe spaces, fostering leadership, and advocating for LGBTQ+ youth for over 40 years.


HOW TO SIGN UP & SUPPORT

You can purchase a Charity $20, Charity $30 or Charity $50 drop-in credit so you can donate on any level that feels comfortable to you. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to BAGLY. Use your credit to book the PRIDE class of your choice!

While movement alone offers numerous mental health benefits, these effects are amplified when shared with a friend. Social connections play a crucial role in emotional health, and exercising with a partner can enhance these benefits.

  • Increased Motivation: Having a workout buddy can boost your motivation and commitment. You're more likely to stick to your exercise routine when someone else is counting on you.

  • Emotional Support: Exercising with a friend provides a platform for emotional support. We all need a hype buddy, a high-five or an LFG sometimes, are we right?

  • Enhanced Enjoyment: When you team up for a workout, exercise transforms into FUN! Shared goals and a dash of friendly rivalry make every sweat session much better.

We’ll be meeting at lululemon on Seaport Blvd at 8am for a 4-mile party paced route that will finish at Backyard! Feel free to drop a bag & change of clothes off at Backyard (5 Necco St) prior to run club. Secure lockers will be available, and there’ll be an option to shower post-run.
