Covering 60% of the official HYROX race, this race simulation delivers the challenge, strategy, and excitement of competition in a format that lets you test your fitness, fine-tune your race plan, and gain invaluable race-day experience before Boston in October.
Now in its third edition, the Backyard Brawl has become one of our favorite community events, and this year, we're making it our biggest one yet. Expect a larger field of athletes, an even better race-day atmosphere, exciting prizes, local vendors, recovery experiences, and a Backyard BBQ to celebrate after you've crossed the finish line.
Designed to mirror the demands of a HYROX race, you'll have the opportunity to practice pacing, transitions, station execution, fueling, and race strategy in an environment that feels as close to competition as possible.
