Summer Sprint is a mini HYROX simulation designed to help you establish a baseline, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and uncover the biggest opportunities for improvement before race day.
This modified simulation includes approximately 50% of the running volume and 30% of the HYROX stations, giving you a meaningful snapshot of your fitness and race readiness without the physical toll of a full simulation.
This isn't a competition. There are no winners, prizes, or podiums. Instead, think of it as a checkpoint, a chance to see where your fitness stands today so you can train with purpose over the next 12 weeks leading into HYROX Boston and the 8 weeks leading into Backyard Brawl.
Whether you're preparing for your first HYROX or chasing a new personal best, Summer Sprint will provide valuable insight into your current fitness, pacing, movement efficiency, and overall performance.
