Pre & Postpartum Strength Training

We’re so excited to share that Lauren & Laura’s Pre + Postpartum Strength Program is back this fall! This 8-week program is designed to help you feel strong, supported, and confident—whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with your little one.

The group will officially kick off in mid to late October on Thursdays at 1pm, and we’d love for you to be a part of it. To help us plan and keep you in the loop with all the details, please take a moment to fill out our short interest form below.

This program is all about building strength, supporting your body through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and connecting with other moms who “get it.”
