Open Gym for HYROX Training

If you’re looking to take your HYROX Boston prep beyond our class offerings, we’ve got great news — our Open Gym space at 15 Necco St. is now fully equipped with everything you need to train for race day. Whether you’re chasing your first finish or aiming for a new PR, you can now practice every HYROX station on your own schedule.

Why open gym for HYROX Training?

We’ve stocked our open gym to mirror the real HYROX experience so you can fine-tune technique, build strength, and boost endurance:

  • Sled Push: Train on our specialized treadmill that simulates the sled push for an added challenge and year-round consistency

  • Sled Pull: Replicate the exact feel of race day with our ANKOR sled pull system, designed to help you fine-tune rope technique, build pulling power, and improve efficiency.

  • SkiErg + Rowers: Develop the cardio capacity and upper-body power you’ll need for these demanding stations.

  • Wall Balls: Train to hit the target with consistent form, even when fatigue sets in.

  • Farmer’s Carries, Sandbags, and Kettlebells: Improve grip strength, core stability, and full-body endurance.

  • Running Space: Practice maintaining your pace and sharpening transitions between stations.

The HYROX Edge: Training on Your Schedule

Open Gym means you can train when it works for you — whether that’s sneaking in an early morning sled push before work or running through a full race simulation on the weekend.

And because our space is designed for functional training, you’re not just checking boxes for HYROX… you’re becoming a stronger, more well-rounded athlete overall.

Why HYROX Train in Open Gym?

Open Gym gives you the flexibility to work on the skills you need most, at the pace that works for you. Whether you’re running full race simulations or focusing on one station at a time, you’ll have the space, tools, and environment to get it done.
