a training series designed to propel you toward goals you haven’t achieved - yet.
ONE MORE YET is a 6-week training experience created in partnership with lululemon and designed for athletes who want to deepen their commitment, strengthen their mindset, and chase the version of themselves they’ve yet to become.
Through structured training, intentional reflection, and milestone celebrations, this program invites you to step into consistency, breakthrough moments, and a community that’s built on follow-through.
All participants must apply. Only 50 will be selected.
You should apply if you’re chasing progress, whether you’re a strength athlete, HYROX competitor, runner, or simply someone ready to commit to consistency and see what one more season can unlock. If you value accountability, community, and the mindset of “just one more,” this is for you.
Applications close on December 29th, and you’ll be notified on January 1st if accepted!
what’s included
WELCOME KIT
Accepted participants receive a curated lululemon package to set the tone for the experience, including a lululemon training set and accessories that will be distributed at the kickoff event + pre-launch event on Thursday, January 8th in the evening.
JANUARY 8: PRE-LAUNCH PHOTOSHOOT + YET PORTRAIT
5:30-7:30 PM Darren & Joandy of Lit2Lift
Each athlete will:
Write their initial YET and their “One More YET” goal
Record a confessional or reflection moment
Take part in an individual portrait session
JANUARY 22: ELEVATED TRAINING TRAINING SESSION
6:30 PM Backyard Owners
FEB 5 OR 12: STRENGTH & MOBILITY TRAINING SESSION
8:10 AM with Dr. Brian LoTempio

FEBRUARY 26: FINAL CELEBRATION & PREMIUM GIFT
6:00 PM at lululemon (Prudential)

Reflection + goal-crossing ceremony
Closing celebration with the Backyard community
MILESTONE TRACKING + ACCOUNTABILITY
Athletes track attendance and goal progress using the YET Journal and weekly check-ins. Consistency earns access to milestone gifts throughout the program.
