Join our backyard home base push-up challenge team!
We’re excited to announce that our team has signed up for the Home Base Push-Up Challenge — and we’d love for YOU to be a part of it. Whether you dive into the challenge or support with a donation, your involvement helps make a real difference.
What’s the challenge?
November 4-11 to commit to doing 20+ push-ups per day.
Each participant pays a $25 registration (100 % of proceeds benefit veterans in need).
The 2025 goal: 50,000+ push-ups and $100,000+ raised to support veterans, service members and their families.
Why we’re doing it
Home Base is a program of the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital dedicated to healing the invisible wounds—such as PTSD, TBI, anxiety and depression—faced by veterans and their families.
By participating or donating, we stand with those who served, and help fund world-class clinical care, wellness, education and research — at no cost to the patient.

Why your support matters
Every push-up symbolizes strength, solidarity and awareness.
Every dollar raised provides veterans and their families access to life-changing care.
Together, we create momentum, build community and honor heroes among us.
Let’s do this!
Whether you’re in for the physical challenge or simply want to donate, your participation will count — for our team and for an incredibly worthy cause. Let’s rally together, push-up for progress, and show our support for those who’ve given so much.
See you on the floor (and at the donation link)!
