Pre & Postpartum Strength Training
Lauren & Laura’s Moms Strength Program is back, and we can’t wait to welcome another amazing group of moms into the space. Designed for both pre and postpartum women, this program is built to help you feel strong, supported, and confident through every stage of motherhood.
This round will run for 8 weeks (with a 4-week option available) and focuses on intentional strength training, education, community, and movement that meets you where you’re at, whether you’re preparing for birth, rebuilding postpartum, or simply a new mom looking to move and feel better with support around you.
The program officially kicks off JUNE 11 and will meet Thursdays at 1PM.
