HYROX Q & A
Whether you’ve been crushing sled pushes since day one or you’re still trying to figure out how to pronounce “HYROX,” you’re in the right place. Our gym community has been diving headfirst into this race-meets-functional-fitness format—and naturally, you’ve got questions. Lots of them.
YOUR HYROX ANSWERED:
-
Absolutely NOT! We started these classes to offer our community a new challenge. These classes are a great way to test your limits and put into play all the hard work you've done in classes.
-
2-3 rounds of full body endurance. The goal is to get competitive with yourself and learn your limits. Each class will focus on a workout all month long so you can truly see your growth, think move of month but it's a whole workout!
-
Absolutely, we won't lie, it will certainly be challenging, but like all of our classes, you push at a pace that works for YOU!
-
If you workout regularly, and take classes, then yes! If you've been having a hard time staying consistent with your workouts, we might suggest starting with one of our other classes. However, you know yourself best, so maybe this is the push you need to get hooked?
-
All of our class packs include this new format!
-
The room, mostly! RUN x HYROX takes place in the Shed, so expect time on the treadmills. HYROX is on the main floor, so expect sleds! Other than that, everything else is up to the trainer! If it's nice outside, expect to take advantage of the good weather.

Programs are so personalized that it’ll be different for everyone. We’d want you to chat with one of our coaches. Luckily, we have everything you’d need to succeed, from mobility classes to ensure you’re hitting the qualifying range of motions, to free run clubs to get your steady state endurance up and obviously our main classes to get you strong and conditioned!
