📍MEET AT SAUNDERS STADIUM (MOAKLEY FIELD)Running fast is one thing. Running fast after a demanding station is what HYROX is all about.
This clinic builds on the speed and efficiency developed in our first track day by teaching you how to maintain your pace when your legs are heavy and your heart rate is high. You'll learn how to recover quickly after work stations, settle into your race pace faster, and make every 1K run more efficient under fatigue.
We'll focus on pacing strategies, breathing, cadence, mental resets, and smooth transitions from work to running, along with workouts that simulate the demands of race day. You'll leave with the confidence and tools to keep moving efficiently when others begin to slow down.
Whether you're racing your first HYROX or chasing a new PR, this clinic will help you turn your running fitness into race-day performance—because the fastest athletes aren't always the fastest runners, they're the ones who can keep running fast when it matters most.
