STEPH RYAN


I was born and raised in North Carolina, where I discovered a sense of community, confidence, and strength through group fitness. Inspired by the impact it had on me, I became an instructor in 2015 to share that same positive outlet with others. After moving to Boston in 2018, I continued teaching while developing a passion for heavy lifting and distance running. I believe that finding a supportive community and a form of movement that both excites and challenges you is the key to staying consistent and maintaining lifelong fitness. If not at the gym, you can find me running, searching for the best pancakes in Boston, or on the couch with my corgi, Scooter! 

FITNESS STYLE

My style is performance driven, focused on building strength through foundational, functional movement, with a sprinkle of power to unlock your inner athlete. Expect high energy, a fire playlist with big beats, and encouragement to go outside your comfort zone. I believe the strength and confidence you build in the gym translates to every part of your life!
