I am originally from a small farm town in Florida and after moving around for a few years, I have happily found my home here in Boston! I am the youngest child in a large family, so I have naturally developed that underdog mentality that motivates me to keep working hard when times get a little tough. Since I could walk, I have played any and every sport, developing a strong competitive drive while learning to stay calm under pressure and trust the process. My curiosity for the world led me to live and study in London, travel to 15 countries, and build a 6-year career in fitness, where I've had the privilege of meeting people from all walks of life and fueling my passion for human connection every single day. These days you'll find me chasing my next Hyrox race (5 down and counting) or training for my next running race that I probably got peer pressured into (lol)!
FITNESS STYLE
My fitness philosophy is simple: movement is medicine for the body AND the mind - every session should leave you feeling better than when you walked in. Creating a positive, welcoming space where anyone — any level, any starting point — feels comfortable and capable is the most important thing to me as a coach. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, I'll meet you exactly where you are and push you just beyond it, with a smile the whole way through.
