Three Houses. One Community. Now Stronger Than Ever.
At the center of Backyard is something you’ve seen a hundred times, but maybe never thought twice about: our logo. It’s more than a mark. It represents three houses coming together to build one community. Three paths, three perspectives, one shared space built on movement, connection, and showing up for each other.
That idea has always been the foundation of Backyard. From the very beginning, the vision wasn’t just about the three of us, it was about creating a space where other coaches, practitioners, and communities could come in and build something together under one roof.
And that’s exactly what we’re continuing to do. Because what happens when you don’t just train together…but you recover, rebuild, and perform better together too? We’re doubling down on that mission and bringing even more into the space.
Performance Care, Built Into the Community
We’re beyond excited to introduce not one, but two performance care offices inside Backyard, led by two people you already know, trust, and train with every week.
This isn’t random. This is intentional. This is about keeping care in-house, aligned, and built for how you actually move.
Dr. Brian LoTempio | Breathe First
Accepting clients starting April 15
You know Brian as a coach, but his work goes deeper. The purpose of Breathe First is to help people reconnect with their foundation so they can move with confidence, resilience, and longevity. The goal isn’t just to “fix” symptoms — it’s to build a body that adapts, performs, and lasts. Whether you’re chasing a PR, coming back from something, or just want to feel good in your body again, this is where it starts.
Dr. Daniel Negron | TUNL
Accepting clients starting May 1
Dan has been part of the Backyard floor and now he’s bringing that same energy into performance care. With TUNL, the focus is simple: helping people move better, get stronger, and perform at their highest level. TUNL blends manual therapy, corrective exercise, and strength-based training to help clients get out of pain and build resilient, athletic bodies. The mission is simple: restore movement, develop strength, and help every client unlock their inner athlete.
One Roof. One Standard.
This is what it looks like when everything connects. Training. Recovery. Performance. Community. All under one roof. All speaking the same language. All built around you.
