Grab your girls and get ready to lift heavy, laugh loud, and hype each other up. This Galentine’s Day Strength session with Melissa & Kerrie is all about powerful lifts, intentional movement, and that unmatched energy only strong women bring.
Expect a full-body strength workout designed to challenge you, support you, and leave you feeling confident and accomplished. Come for the workout, stay for the community.

Running for More Than Miles
This spring, a big part of the Backyard community is taking on the Boston Marathon and they’re doing it for causes that mean something far beyond race day.
We’re incredibly proud of Brian, Will, Jack, Sarah, and Katie, who have been putting in the miles AND the work to raise money, spread awareness, and give back through their training.
